Ingredients:

Unsweetened Greek Yogurt
(However much you prefer)

1 tsp of any sugar replacement
(or more depending on your preference)
(We recommend using 2 drops of SweetLAB zero calorie liquid sweetener or more depending on your preference)

Method

Step 1:

Open a tub of yogurt

Step 2:

Add a tsp of sugar replacement/ 2 drops of SweetLAB zero calorie liquid sweetener.

Step 3:

Mix it well

 

Step 4:

Place it in the fridge for 30-45 mins

Step 5:

Take it out and stir it. Repeat step 4 and 5 until ice-cream like consistency.

– Thin asparagus (this works the best)

– Avocado oil or any oil of your choice

Method

Step 1:

Wash the asparagus and pat it as dry as possible with kitchen towel

 

Step 2:

AIR FRYER METHOD: Place a sheet of baking paper in the air fryer and brush it with avocado oil. Then, add the dry asparagus and brush with avocado oil before cooking. Temperature: 180 °C / 356°F ; Time: 12mins

No air fryer method: Add oil to the skillet, then place the dry asparagus in and cook until it turns slightly brown.

 

Step 3:

Sprinkle some salt and your delicious and healthy snack is served!
