Just tried this brand of propolis for the first time because it has high flavonoids in the tincture form. It’s not spicy, doesn’t burn, and is very easy to eat though a bit bitter. Using it to guard against cold and flu. So far, so good!

My first purchase in bulk. Consumed my mum’s stash, gifted by a relative, when my LDL shot up to 4.64 (6 Mar blood test). I wanted to do anything that worked, but just not drugs.
